Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 2c77 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any other features made available through the 2c77 website at 2c77.app (the "Platform"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and 2c77 (the "Operator"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Users found to be under this age will have their accounts permanently closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, scripts, and automated systems may not register or operate accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion, either through 2c77's own responsible gaming tools or any third-party gambling exclusion programme that covers the 2c77 Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Any material misrepresentation constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

2c77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as direct bank transfers to supported Bangladesh banks. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 2c77 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests are processed within one to three hours under normal operating conditions.
• All funds deposited to your 2c77 account must be your own funds held in good faith. You may not deposit funds on behalf of any other person or using a payment method registered in another person's name.
• 2c77 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity. 2c77 shall not be liable for delays attributable to incomplete KYC documentation provided by the Player.
• All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 2c77 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2c77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity, or placing offsetting bets designed to cycle funds rather than generate genuine play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand or strategy information in real-time live games, or otherwise obtain an unfair advantage in any game on the Platform.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in any manner other than normal manual human interaction via a standard web browser.
• Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any associated infrastructure, or attempting to circumvent any security, authentication, or access-control mechanism on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 2c77, including the use of false identity documents or forged payment confirmation screenshots.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2c77 Platform — including the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, and game content provided under licence from third-party studios — is the property of 2c77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 2c77 or the relevant rights holder.

9. Amendments & Contact

2c77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 2c77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address on their account or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be construed and governed in accordance with principles of fairness and good faith. 2c77 operates as an online platform serving the Bangladesh market.
